The kitchen style of the restaurant is Modern. The restaurant is housed in the Cashel Palace Hotel, a four starred hotel. It is built around 1730 in a late Queen Anne/early Georgian-style. Originally it was the residence of the Church of Ireland archbishops, until they moved to Waterford.〔(History )〕〔(Exclusive Hotels )〕
